Abu2New Coaching provides here and now coaching support for your eating disorder, helping you navigate a healing path towards personal freedom, acceptance, balance and inner peace.
Our approach at Abu2New Coaching helps you demystify the delicate balance between managing an eating disorder and adhering to dietary restrictions due to food allergies, intolerances and/or co-occuring health conditions. Traditional approaches often fall short of treating these overwhelming and tricky issues, leaving you to navigate this messy middle by yourself.
Abu2New Coaching helps you create new neural pathways, new ways of thinking, new ways of behaving and new beliefs about yourself and the world around you through awareness building practices.

Introductory Call
A free 20 min call to get to know Vanessa and what coaching is all about! In this call we'll explore your goals, challenges, and how my coaching can support your journey towards recovery.

Week to Week Sessions
This flexible option allows you to meet with me once a week, with payments made on a weekly basis. Each session is 60 minutes with free texting support during the week, (please refer to your signed paperwork for appropriate texting) designed to provide continuous support as you work through your eating disorder recovery.

Meal Sessions
Meal sessions offer the opportunity to practice and navigate challenging meals with support, whether virtually or in person. These sessions are available as an additional option for those actively participating in week to week coaching.

Food Shopping/Clothes Shopping
Food shopping sessions provide support during what can often be an overwhelming task. Whether we're walking through the grocery store together or navigating the aisles virtually, I'll help you make empowered choices, manage anxiety, and build confidence around shopping for food.
Clothes shopping sessions are designed to help you feel more comfortable and confident in what you wear. This can be done virtually or in person.
